Amsterdam to Budapest

Yes

Good –small but to be expected

What was the food like?

Good , up to cruise standard

What were the ships facilities like?

Good

What was the best aspect of the ship/cruise?

Friendliness of most of the crew

Tours were well organised.

1.The cruise director made it clear that Uniworld is a USA company.

In accordance with USA practice he and the crew rely on gratuities for their wages.

The recommended gratuities were advised in writing. The total recommended for the trip per couple was A$746

This is in excess of what Australians would normally pay.

2 There was no refrigerator in the cabin

3. There was no internet facility in the cabins and the computers available to all did not work most of the time.

They acknowledged they had problems.
