Cruisefinder.com.au is the online division of Bicton Travel, acknowledged as Perth’s leading cruise specialist agency. At the International Cruise Council Australasia 2010 Awards Bicton Travel was voted Cruise Agency of the Year and its manager Phil Smethurst Cruise Consultant of the Year.

Alan Smethurst, Director, Marketing Manager, Accredited Cruise Consulatant
Alan has a wide experience of cruising. He has cruised Alaska’s Inside Passage several times and loves Canada and would also recommend cruising the Croatian coast. He has experienced river cruising in Russia, Burma and Europe and has cruised with Silversea, Regent Seven Seas, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess, P&O, Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Cunard, Avalon, Ponant Cruises, Star Cruises, Oceania and Classic International.

Fiona Armaro, Manager, Accredited Cruise Consultant
Fiona began her career in Travel as a reservation consultant with a major Australian Wholesaler. Her people skills led her to Bicton Travel 9 years ago. She has travelled to USA, Mexico, Hawaii, Tahiti, New Zealand, Mauritius, Maldives and extensively in Asia and lists Borneo as one of her favourite destinations. Fiona has cruised from Fremantle onboard Superstar Virgo, Sun Princess to Asia, Rhapsody of the Seas from Honolulu to Sydney, around New Zealand onboard mv Discovery, in Asia onboard Cunard QE2, the Mexican Riviera onboard Sapphire Princess and the South Pacific onboard Pacific Princess and P&O Pacific Star. She most recently cruised onboard the new Carnival Magic in Europe. She has also inspected many ships when in port at Fremantle including Silversea, Classic International Cruises, Holland America, Fred Olsen and P&O. She has developed a love and passion for cruising.

Matt Clements, Accredited Cruise Consultant
Matt joined our team in 2007 with many years experience in the travel industry. He has gained extensive knowledge from cruising on a variety of ships, these include cruising the Mediterranean aboard the Seabourn Legend, Silver Whisper & Spirit of Adventure, The Viking Century Sky on the Yangtze River in China, the Sun Princess through Asia from Fremantle, Australia cruising with P&O Pacific Dawn, Pacific Sun & Reef Endeavour and on a small luxury Catamaran in Tahiti with Haumana. He recently broadened his cruising horizons when he embarked on an Arctic voyage aboard the Princess Albert II and the Caribbean on the spectacular new Oasis of the Seas. Cruising is his ultimate holiday experience.

Terry Graham, Cruise Consultant Terry has more than 25 years in the travel industry from assistant cruise director to an international tour guide. Working with the Blue Funnel Line and P&O, she has co-ordinated small to large group packages and has travelled extensively through South-East Asia, the British Isles, Europe, Africa and Middle East. Jessica Da Luz, Cruise Consultant Jessica worked for a Perth based travel wholesaler in reservations for 4 ½ years selling Asia, Africa, Mauritius, Dubai and Oman as well as cruising. She started at Cruisefinder in August 2011. She has traveled extensively through Asia but her favorite place is Hawaii. Jess cruised on the Celebrity Century in 2011 and is traveling to Europe in 2012.
